Sometimes i just cannot understand a person personality why people like to hold grudge , keep it so hard, keep it in your heart and have hard feeling, the more you hold the more stress you are, your breaking point is going to blow, when you can't stand it, you blow it, you are frustrated , you are sad , your emotion breakdown , can't think hard nor straight.... negative thoughts are all over you.... blame it to yourself for not doing it right cause in the end you are the one who needs to be blame and you need to admit it....................... so how does it reflects you??? ....
